The production of PVC cards involves a multi-stage process. Firstly, the layout is finalized and transferred to the printing machine. This machine then prints the design onto a substrate of PVC stock. Following engraving, the cards undergo a coating stage which can include lamination for durability and aesthetics. Trimming the cards to their fin
